Same face, 400 photos. Everyone gets this wrong.

How to keep her face consistent

A consistent face is not a prompt trick. It comes from generating one anchor set once, then referencing those exact files in everything you make afterwards.

Why the face drifts

Do
Reference images carry her identity
Don't
“24, dark hair” → a new stranger every roll

Text can't hold a face. References can.

Now do it

Reading locks nothing in. The step this lesson teaches takes minutes in the Studio.

Questions

Can I fix an inconsistent character I already published?

Yes — pick the two best existing photos as your new anchor and generate forward from them only. The old outliers stop mattering once the feed fills with anchored images.

Do I need a LoRA for a consistent face?

Not to start. Anchor references alone hold identity well for photos. A LoRA locks it harder and pays off once you generate at volume — that is the next lesson in this track.

Why not just use a very detailed prompt instead?

Because no text description is narrow enough to specify one human face. Identity lives in the reference images, not in adjectives.
