Terms of Service

Syntfluence is a software platform for creating and managing AI-generated characters and their content: images, video clips, voice and publishing tools. Generations are produced by third-party AI providers on your instructions; the platform orchestrates the workflow.

You need an account to use the platform. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

Paid plans include a monthly token allowance. Tokens are the platform's unit of use: each generation shows its exact token cost before you run it. Plan tokens refresh on renewal and unused plan tokens expire at the end of each billing period. Top-up tokens never expire and are spent only after plan tokens run out.

If a generation fails, its tokens are refunded automatically. Tokens have no cash value and are not redeemable for money.

You agree not to use the platform to create or distribute:

• content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours;
• content depicting real, identifiable people without their explicit consent — including deepfakes of any kind;
• content sexualising minors, in any form, real or generated;
• fraud, harassment, or deliberate disinformation;
• content that infringes third-party intellectual property.

AI-generated content must be labelled as such where the law or the publishing platform requires it. Breaking these rules leads to suspension without refund.

You own the content you generate, to the extent permitted by the licences of the underlying AI providers. Your files stay in your account's storage and you can export them at any time. We do not use your content to train models and we do not publish it anywhere ourselves.

Generations depend on third-party providers; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific generation results. We may change prices and token rates with notice — changes never apply retroactively to tokens you already hold.

You can cancel your plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Remaining top-up tokens stay usable as long as your account exists.

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim. You are solely responsible for how you use the generated content and for complying with the rules of the platforms where you publish it.
