Terms of Service

Syntfluence is a software platform for creating and managing AI-generated characters and their content: images, video clips, voice and publishing tools. Generations are produced by third-party AI providers on your instructions; the platform orchestrates the workflow.

You need an account to use the platform. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done under your account. The platform is for adults only: by creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

Paid plans include a monthly token allowance. Tokens are the platform's unit of use: each generation shows its exact token cost before you run it. Plan tokens refresh on renewal and unused plan tokens expire at the end of each billing period. Top-up tokens never expire and are spent only after plan tokens run out.

If a generation fails, its tokens are refunded automatically. Tokens have no cash value and are not redeemable for money.

You agree not to use the platform to create or distribute:

• content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours;
• content depicting real, identifiable people without their explicit consent — including deepfakes of any kind;
• content sexualising minors, in any form, real or generated;
• fraud, harassment, or deliberate disinformation;
• content that infringes third-party intellectual property.

Breaking these rules leads to suspension without refund. If you see content made here that breaks them, tell us on the report page — no account needed.

This platform generates suggestive but non-explicit content. Explicit sexual content cannot be generated here, and this is enforced by automated moderation, not left to user judgement:

• every generation prompt is screened server-side, before anything is generated — nudity, exposure or touching of intimate body parts, undressing to nudity, and sexual acts are blocked at submission and cannot be bypassed from the browser;
• reference photos used for video generation are additionally screened by a vision model before processing;
• our AI providers apply their own content moderation as an independent second layer on every render;
• any prompt referencing minors is refused outright — no rephrasing is offered, the attempt is logged, and the account may be suspended;
• deepfakes — generating real, identifiable people without their explicit documented consent — are prohibited in any form, sexual or not (see section 4 above and 4b below).

Attempting to circumvent these controls is itself a violation and leads to suspension without refund.

Every image, video and voice clip produced on this platform is synthetic. Under the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689, Art. 50) both of us have duties about that, and they are not optional.

On our side: generated files carry machine-readable provenance metadata marking them as AI-generated, and the platform shows you that plainly.

On yours: if you publish a realistic image, video or audio of a person — real or convincingly lifelike — you must disclose that it is artificially generated, visibly, where your audience will see it. Most platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) have a toggle for exactly this; use it. Do not strip the provenance metadata.

You are also responsible for having the right to any likeness you use as a reference. Generating a real, identifiable person without their permission is not allowed here, and generating anyone who appears to be a minor in a sexual context is forbidden outright and reported.

Some video clips on this platform are made with MiniMax H3, a model licensed to us by MiniMax under the MiniMax H3 Community License Agreement. Its use restrictions (Section V) and its Acceptable Use Policy (Exhibit A) apply to you whenever you generate, download, publish or share a video made with it, and you agree to follow them. In short, you may not use it or anything it makes:

• in any way that exploits or harms minors;
• to impersonate a real person, or to show a real, identifiable person, without their consent;
• to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights, or to break any law;
• to defame, disparage or harass anyone;
• to create or spread false information meant to harm others or to influence elections, or fake reviews and other false engagement;
• to publish it anywhere public without clearly saying it is AI-generated (see 4b);
• to circumvent the safety filters and checks we or MiniMax put in place;
• for discrimination, violent extremism or terrorism, malware, military purposes, high-risk automated decisions about people (such as credit, employment, housing, healthcare or law enforcement), or unlicensed professional advice;
• to train or improve any other AI model.

The full license, including every restriction, is on our licenses page. If you break these restrictions we remove the content and may suspend your account without refund. To report a video that breaks them, use the report page.

You own the content you generate, to the extent permitted by the licences of the underlying AI providers. Your files stay in your account's storage and you can download them at any time from your library. We do not use your content to train models and we do not publish it anywhere ourselves.

Generations depend on third-party providers; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific generation results. We may change prices and token rates with notice — changes never apply retroactively to tokens you already hold.

You can cancel your plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Remaining top-up tokens stay usable as long as your account exists.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have 14 days to withdraw from your subscription, without giving a reason and without penalty. You keep that right for the full 14 days even after you start using the service.

At checkout you ask us to start the service immediately, during that period. If you then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for what you actually used — measured by the tokens you spent against the tokens your plan includes, since that reflects the real value received better than counting days. If you spent nothing, you pay nothing and get a full refund.

To withdraw, email us — any clear statement works, no particular wording or form is needed, and you don’t have to explain yourself. We confirm by email with the date and time we received it, and refund within 14 days using the same payment method you paid with.

If something goes wrong, email us first — almost everything is solved that way. If it is not, consumers in Romania can turn to ANPC’s alternative dispute resolution (SAL), and consumers elsewhere in the EU to their national consumer authority. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights your national consumer law gives you.

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim. You are solely responsible for how you use the generated content and for complying with the rules of the platforms where you publish it.
